Discord Build Bot

In order to keep the workload off of the main development machine, a second PC with Jenkins is used to create builds of any games.
The information shown in the message is data that might be useful to keep for builds, like the commit hash a build was made from or what the Steam build number is.
When a build fails - due to a compile error for example - it will be shown in the message, alongside the person show committed that specific line of code.
