Where currently most of the AI in videogames have a fixed set of rules that the AI can adhere to​, this AI would have different rules based on personality traits.

Assertiveness - Grab items that are needed for quests when this trait is high

Curiosity - Look into chests when this trait is high

Egocentric - Heal an ally when this trait is low

Competitive - Cite the amount of kills when this trait is high

Assertiveness

Talkative - Is used for dialogue lines, a low value can give short sentences, a high value can give long dialogues

Variety - Changes a trait's value when it is checked

This can be expanded with multiple different traits and actions.
